  • FREE delivery, 7 days a week (excluding public holidays) on all orders £50 or more.
  • The majority of orders will be delivered within 7 days.
  • When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled ‘Add a note for your delivery driver here’ on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the ‘Add delivery instructions’ section.


  • FREE delivery on orders over £150- Select Nominated Day Delivery at Checkout
  • You will receive a text no later than 4pm on the day of delivery to confirm your 2 hour delivery slot
  • Express or Nominated Day Delivery available when you order before delivery cut off Mon-Fri excluding public holidays*
  • Delivered by our trusted partner Yodel. Orders will be delivered, Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 9pm. In busy periods Yodel may deliver later or on a Sunday.


  • FREE collection on any order.
  • Order and pay online, choosing Click and Collect at checkout, and selecting your store.
  • We’ll email you when your order is ready.
  • We’ll hold your order in-store for ten days, so you can collect at a time that works for you.


  • Selected stores are offering a next-day collection service for email customers only, please indicate if you would like to collect your order directly from the store, by putting COLLECTION in the subject line of your email

UK mainland: We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes, although delivery may take up to 15 days to some postcodes – please see below for a full list.
International delivery: Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles).
